Terms & Conditions

Our courses run annually, from September to June/July. By completing the registration process, parents or guardians commit to their child attending the course for the full academic year. Course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment.

Please note that refunds cannot be provided for missed classes, absences, or withdrawal from the course after registration.

By booking a course with MammaMia Liverpool, you agree to the following terms:

• All bookings are confirmed upon payment or registration.
• Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of MammaMia.
• Classes must be attended on the scheduled dates; missed sessions are not refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise agreed.
• MammaMia reserves the right to make changes to timetables, teachers, or class structure if necessary.
• Parents/guardians must ensure that all child information provided (including medical needs, allergies, and emergency contacts) is accurate and kept up to date.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children behave appropriately during sessions and respect teachers and other students.
• For online classes, students must keep their cameras on during lessons for safeguarding, security, and learning quality, unless otherwise agreed with the teacher.
• Parents are responsible for ensuring children have a suitable learning environment and access to the required technology.
• MammaMia follows safeguarding policies to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
